As you know, There are many training methods out there but the fact of the matter is not all methods build muscles. Training to build muscle and training to burn fat is totally a different thing. If you want to gain muscle, the fastest and most effective way is lifting weights. But theres one problem. Many people are not gaining muscle even though they train everyday. The reason is simple. The problem is that most people are lifting weights that are too light. There are so many people doing dumbell curls 30reps for years and wondering why their bicepts aren't getting bigger. The answer is simple. just stop using weights you can do 30 times and start using heavier weights.more
